- Return is accepted only for defective products and wrongly delivered products. In such cases, Refund will be processed within 10 days of receipt of such products.
- The defect which comes to your notice on receipt may be notified (you should email us a photo of the defective product ) on receipt of goods itself.
- Unlike machine-made products, handloom and handmade craft products have intrinsic variations and therefore the definition of defect shall be subject to the normally accepted definition of quality for handloom.
- Please ensure that you have thoroughly checked the product in all respect before taking the delivery.
- We will not be in a position to extend any replacement of goods once you have accepted them.
- Please note that return is not allowed for products purchased on discounts or from any of the offers
- Return due to non-suitability of product due to wrong “size” is allowed and shall necessarily be exchanged with another size of the ‘same style. However, in case such a size is not available your payment shall be considered as “credit” with us and can be used for purchasing any other product from us subsequently. In such cases, a nominal courier fee shall be levied as per the terms of our shipment collection partner.
- Order cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placement of your order.
- Kindly make sure that you get confirmation from us of such cancellation.
